Her Other roles include the role of F'Nale from Steven Spielberg's Ready Player One and Ghost in Ant-Man and the Wasp. Hannah was born in Beverley within Yorkshire, England. She is the third child of Nigerian father who is aforensic psychologist and Norwegian mother, a fashion model. Her primary school was within Kirk Ella and received her secondary education at Hull Collegiate School, and she also studied at the National Youth Theatre in London. In London, the Central School of Speech and Drama was her graduation year in 2012. John-Kamen's career in the field began in 2011, when she voiced Dark Souls for video games. After that, she would make episode appearances in TV shows Misfits (2011), Black Mirror (2011), Whitechapel (2012), The Syndicate (2012), The Midnight Beast (2012) and The Hour (2012). The year 2012 saw John-Kamen was cast in the leading part in the role of Viva in Viva Forever, a West End musical based on the hits from The Spice Girls. The script was written by Jennifer Saunders and produced by Judy Craymer, Viva Forever opened on December 11, 2012 at the Piccadilly Theatre to largely negative critiques. The Daily Mirror praised John Kamen but not the show. They wrote: "It's a shame a talented cast gets snubbed due to a clich d script and leaden wording." She appeared as "Playtest" as part of an anthology that was part of Black Mirror. In the second season of the UK TV show The Tunnel she also appeared. She was the Ghost in the movie about superheroes, Ant-Man and the Wasp.
